All products are manufactured in South Korea and imported to Vancouver, Canada.

All our products are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. Please read and follow the care label instructions.

If your order is shipped within Canada, you will not be charged additional import taxes, duties, or other fees.

If your order is shipped outside of Canada, you may incur additional import taxes, duties, or other fees. These fees are imposed by your country's customs office and are your sole responsibility.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving your order. Please note all pre-orders will be ship as dated.

Shipping is $15 to Canada, $18 to USA, and $50 internationally.

Shipping is FREE to Canada and USA on orders of $150 or more (before taxes) and internationally on orders of $500 or more (before taxes).

For orders shipped within Canada and USA, we accept your return request on eligible items within 14 days from the original date of shipment. Please note that pre-orders and discounted ("on sale") items are final sale (no returns, no exchange).
